Capacitive Touch Lamp

Product Design & Prototyping  Sept to Dec 2021

Designed and built an Arduino-based bedside lamp with capacitive touch control. Iterated form and enclosure prototypes in Fusion 360 and produced laser-cut models for fast testing.

  • Implemented reliable capacitive touch for on-off and dimming behavior
  • Created multiple enclosure iterations to refine ergonomics and assembly
  • Documented wiring, code, and fabrication steps for reproducibility
